At Classic Whimsy, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If your selection doesn't fit your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
